David Liesch

David's expertise and experience in residential and commercial give him a unique edge among other Realtors and Brokers.  He has Purchased and Sold over a hundred of his own homes and investment property, in addition to nearly 1000 additional transactions for clients.  He has walked in his clients shoes and knows exactly what is best for his clients and how to protect them and their investment.


We assist real estate principals and professionals in the purchase or sale of their real estate investments.  These property types include 1-4 unit residential, commercial, office, retail, multi-family and simple (buy low - sell high) fixer uppers.  Services include: Buyer and Seller representation, and consultation.  There is nothing I haven't yet seen in real estate.

We bridge the gap” by partnering with real estate professionals to add another layer of expertise to their client’s investment.  Doing what we’re most passionate about, helping others achieve generational wealth through real estate.  We love to find creative solutions to put deals together, increasing returns on investment, and creating wealth scenarios that catapult the financial projector of people’s earning potential.

In college, David’s father taught him to follow his passion and success would come.  Only two weeks after earning a Master’s Degree in Economic Development, he purchased his 1st home, with a credit card.  After purchasing a few more homes, he moved to San Diego in 1998, where he began his Real Estate career as a licensed Realtor.  In 2001, he became a Real Estate Broker and incorporated his brokerage. 

During the real estate boom he purchased numerous investment properties - everything from single family homes,  4-plexes,  apartment buildings , commercial, office, and retail locations. His passion for investing and teaching others quickly grew the brokerage to over 100 agents and 10 staff members.

Due to economic changes in the real estate market, he made the decision to focus exclusively on clients, rather than agents and the operation of the business. As a result, he began to realize that Realtors often interact with leads and clients that need someone to help with a larger investment or commercial property.  Digging deeper he learned that many real estate brokerages don’t offer E&O insurance to cover a commercial transaction. Thus came a REVELATION, a missing link between residential & commercial real estate agents, and that he could bridge that gap. 


Personal Information:

  • Since 1999, David has been married to Sara, and has three beautiful children.  
  • He has had the pleasure of being a Youth Sports Coach for 5 of those years, helping to instill essential qualities into our next generation of leaders.  
  • David and Sara are actively involved in their Church, reaching out to the local community to serve others, speaking life into those who are hurting, and coming alongside those who are struggling in their relationships.  
  • David and Sara give back to the community by volunteeing 36 hours each per month to the Trauma Intervention Program in San Diego. http://www.tipsandiego.org/
